Job opportunities at Daffodil Day Centre
We are currently looking for a support worker/driver to join the team at Daffodil Day Centre.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be mature, responsible and have a strong understanding of the needs of older people and older people with special needs
- Hold a Modern Apprenticeship Diploma 2
- Be POVA and CRB checked
- Hold a full, clean, UK driving licence
The starting salary for this post is the national minimum wage, to increase significantly after successful completion of a three-month probation period. Further salary increases will be applied after passing the apprenticeship diploma, if not already held.
The successful candidate will be provided with up-to-date training and certification in basic food hygiene, fire safety, moving and handling, health and safety in the workplace and emergency first aid.
