But Daffodil Day Centre also offers a wide range of activities, both gentle and lively, to suit all tastes and ages. You can settle down with a newspaper, magazine or book in our comfortable 'quiet area'; get competitive in our quizzes, games and gentle sports; or take part in activities that are a little more energetic, such as accompanied walks along the promenade or Great Orme.
You can even keep fit from the comfort of your chair, with one of our popular sit-fit exercise sessions.
